two workshops, the project staff reflected on their work in
the context of an ever more violent conflict between Maoist
insurgents and the Nepalese government forces. The teams were
supported to analyse the impact of the conflict on the population,
as well as on themselves. They developed suggestions on how
to better address the chronic fear and growing social fragmentation
in the communities, and how to deal with the effects of the
conflict on the team. |
